Staff at Work

The staff structure at Outback Stores is divided into two main areas - retail operations and the structure that supports retail operations.

Retail operations is made up of the frontline workers such as store managers, assistant managers, shop staff and their supervisors, the regional and area managers.

The support team is based in offices at Darwin and Alice Springs and provides the backup required to make the business run successfully, as well as fulfil the aims of Outback Stores’ mission.

The eight business functions of Outback Stores are the executive, retail operations, finance, business development, wellbeing, information technology, construction and human resources.
